When we designed the Sludd series, we wanted to create garments with a soft, stretchy texture that could be worn for a long time. We want our designs to be practical with a great fit. A sweater for small children should be easy to pull over the head—even for the tiniest ones, and this one is!
The Sludd series consists of garments worked in pearl rib with stripes. We already have the Sludd Wool Pants in gauge 22/10 and the Sludd Wool Pants Thin in gauge 28/10. Now, we thought it was time for a matching sweater!
The Sludd Wool Sweater is knitted top-down in pearl rib, giving it a soft and elastic fit. It is worked with short rows in the neck and raglan increases.
We can't wait to see many new Sludd garments in bold and colorful combinations!
